Como ya comentó Mark Shuttleworth en su día, Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex se centrará en el rendimiento y la conectividad. Estas son sus fechas:

  • 12 Junio 2008 – Alfa 1
  • 3 Julio 2008- Alfa 2
  • 24 Julio 2008 – Alfa 3
  • 14 Agosto 2008 – Alfa 4
  • 4 Septiembre 2008 – Alfa 5
  • 18 Septiembre 2008- Alfa 6
  • 2 Octubre 2008- Beta
  • 23 Octubre 2008 – Release Candidate
  • 30 Octubre 2008- Versión final de Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
